Dutch uses "alstublieft" (formal) or "alsjeblieft" (informal) for both "please" and "here you are".

When requesting, "alstublieft" goes at the end. Use "Mag ik..." to be polite.
With "u" (formal), the verb form is "kunt", not "kan".
